Getting Started

How engagements work — from initial briefing through proof of concept to full deployment.

How we work

Every engagement follows the same structure: briefing, scoping, proof of concept, then full deployment.

1. Discovery briefing

A 30-minute call to understand your challenge, current stack, and what success looks like. No pitch deck — just a technical conversation.

2. Scoping

We define a proof of concept — typically one service, one module, or one data source. Clear deliverables, clear timeline, clear cost.

3. Proof of concept (2 weeks)

We deploy the relevant accelerator against your scoped problem. You see the output — documentation, migrated code, governance audit, or analytics layer — before committing further.

4. Full engagement (6–12 weeks)

If the PoC delivers, we scale to the full deployment. Dedicated engineering lead, integration with your existing stack, knowledge transfer to your team.

5. Handover

Complete documentation, training, and support transition. Your team owns the output.
